No, any regular fail is -1 potential and -1 enhance level. A 0 potential fail destroys the weapon unless you used a golden anvil, with a golden anvil it’s -1 enhance level unless it’s over +12, then it resets to +10.
Would not be hard to have a client side packet editor like cheat engine to find the variable when upgrading to make it look like its a +20 when im reallity the +20 only shows up on his screen if he were to put into a trade window the other player would see the real upgrade number. People use to do ■■■■ like that all the time on RO post fake pictures of gear they didnt have on forums but never unhide their gear heh. And if it is real most likely that exploit a few people have been saying still works despite people confirming it has been fixed

Don’t post really well upgrades on these forums showing off. If by some amazing luck you did achieve this, very few people are going to believe you. Even I’m skeptical.
