The problem is that there is no guarantee that IMC has punished all users of the hack or those who have exploited it. It is quite possible that people have stayed with the silver and / or scattered it in reroll of legendary cubes / enhancement / transcendence / attributes. The only way to ensure that this particular market problem was solved would be with a rollback. I know a lot of people could be hampered in the process, but in my opinion this is the only IMC respectful measure to ensure that people have not monopolized the most expensive / rare items in the game or accumulated absurd amounts of silver.
Another even more serious problem: the lack of an anti-cheat system. The hook64 is a hack program that has been used in ToS since its inception and reported in many official forum posts, and even then the IMC has not given so far any signal that it will implement a hack detection system, the which means that inevitably another scandal will happen in the short / medium / long term. Not to mention that infinite silver is just one of the features of such a hook64. The IMC is only dealing with this problem because the users of the program WANTED, they could very well go unnoticed without the IMC ever suspecting something wrong happening because it has no way to detect it. And no one guarantees that all users have been banned, it is possible some have not been involved in the scandal of infinite silver and will continue on the server using other hook64 features or even the functionality of infinite silver, but discreetly.
In short, IMC has been unable to take firm action and ensure fair playability. Let’s agree, who encourages to make more demanding content like Velcoffer, lvl up, farm silver to invest in equips / attributes, and is IMC still permissive with using hack and does it in a simple command?
As if this whole situation were not discouraging enough, there is still the question of the lack of transparency and contact with the players, persistence of numerous bugs (and the new ones that arrive in all expansion), and the bad optimization of the game minimizes decent FPS on medium-sized computers).
