Dear IMC staff,
I opened a ticket about my problem using the Templar’s forge skill, however after requesting more information, in which I recorded a video, I did not receive a return.
I am a leader of a 55-member guild. All these players count on me and I feel that I am leaving them unsatisfied due to a game bug.
I inserted 2 points of the FORGE skill in my Templar. I noticed that the forge counter in the guild ALT + G menu did not change and continues 0/0. I guess this is the bug, since I already inserted this skill and the counter has changed. How did I use a reset skill a few months ago, could it have affected the skill in any way and generated a bug?
I made a video showing that I inserted the skill points and reflection in the forge counter available (https://youtu.be/fbDnIW6ovmU). I use the forge inside the guild hangout and it gives me the warning that I can not use the forge. I urge you to respond because I have been waiting for several unanswered days. My guild needs me.
