The server should not open F2P

Omg.
Its not in a sec or aby thing but 90% of the bugs and problems we have now are from icbt2 days. Its in no way a sec fix. If in this time some one cant fix it ue dont need to work at this job.

What anti bot?
Or you will be a big ass retard and say there no bots like ■■■■ in this game from day 1 .

Net code is why.
They have a not so good one .

P2P or F2P alway have bot in game but if P2P IMC will earn at least $10 for each account bot have banned, they can using this money for make game better, that all i thing!

Let’s be honest, “Early Access” is just a smart rename of “Open Beta”. Similar facts:

  • Open beta has always been use for server traffic stress test
  • MOST Open beta do not have server wipes
  • Use to solve last minute bugs, but in ToS’s case cbt’s bugs.
  • Founder packages are a recent fad for MMOs, you pay, you gain access early, be it called Early/Exclusive Access or Open beta. They are the same thing.

I don’t really care much about server load issues, since it always happen every launch for every single mmos. The main issue on hand now are the exploits/dupes/bots. If IMC can’t solve those by then… well good luck, I doubt this game will really last.

yea, but this was actually a -dumb- rename. they called it Early Access, when they actually meant Exclusive Access.

every development stage that allows dumping more players onto the servers is a stress test, whether they want it to be or not. that includes the F2P access at the end of the month.

yes, only like 90%. but it’s a very large 10%, right?

…y’know, aside from all the server load bugs, which they’re just ignoring.

Steam’s Early Access is literally beta (or worse) games. and they even say it right on there - “this game is not done. there may be bugs… etc”

idk what to use to get it through.
maybe you get Kickstarter.
say they get their funding and make the game. but they only send the game to the people that supported the kickstarter. everyone else has to wait 1 month before the finished game is available to them. only, when the people that invested in the kickstarter get the game, it turns out the developers rushed it a little, and there’s still bugs in it.

or maybe a restaurant.
a really fancy restaurant. and for the first month, only people that buy their VIP tickets package are going to be let in the door. and everyone is super excited because they heard that this restaurant is going to be great. but when they get there finally, all the tables are wobbly, and the head chef came straight from mcdonalds, and they’ve got another chef coming but he won’t be here for a while yet.

if this game were sold on store shelves, this is the version that would be on the disc.

They publish their game through steam doesn’t make them work differently from other mmos. CBT(wipe) > OBT(founders start early no wipe) > LAUNCH is a standard procedure. There is no such thing as “Skipping” OBT, that is why I said it’s a smart rename. The game is “Ready” since CBT, it’s just a very buggy version and this “Exclusive/Early” felt the same way.

Unless the facts actually don’t go as I mentioned above, I still regard this as OBT. Tbh we are just genuine pigs, at least now they know how many players can each server hold instead of saying crap like “we didn’t expect last minute increment so we only prepared 2 servers on launch”. such BS.
