The same Problem for the entire week

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Bug Description :
Since the Maintenance last Tuesday, I’m not able to play the game. When the game launches and i choose my server and press enter, i get the error message. its been a week like that.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Entering the game

I have a Few Gripes about this:

  • i havent collected any cookies for a week for exp boost.

  • cookies will be removed tomorrow and i’m not able to use my remaining cookies(cookies collected before last tuesday’s maintenance)

  • I wasnt able to get the compensation for the Varena/Telsiai maintenance before they removed it.

  • GM shouted a possible game fix for this error inside the game when people with this problem cant get inside the game
    (we cant get inside, why would you shout it inside the game and not in the forums)

Please fix this problem in the next mintenance. I’m hoping for your solution IMC. :slight_smile:

Cookies wont be take off, the event dont say that.

thats nice to hear. plus, the patch notes have been released and the event has been extended for a week. so thats nice. hopefully this error message and the commander error that other prople are getting gets fixed in tomorrows maintenance so people can partake.
