Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Klaipedia, Market npc

Bug Description :
I tried to sell a bow and decided I want it back so I clicked on cancel but it’s just giving me this message:

The sales period has passed please retrieve your item

I cannot retrieve it though. It’s just stuck there. And I cannot list another item because you can only list one at a time. Help!

Try changing channels/relogging

Did you check the retrieve tab? you probably did, just making sure.

Got the same bugs too. Now 3 items stuck in the marketplace but can’t retrieve back.

yeah, this was from day 1, I cant cancel my shield sell then sell my arde wtf

Mine too. It happened before but it only took 1 day to appear in the retrieve tab. but now it is taking too much time. It says “The sales period has passed please retrieve your item” but it won’t appear in the retrieve tab whatever I do. Relog, change channel, wait for 24hours-48hrs. . . none! It is stuck there. Can’t sell anymore. Knowing that it takes 2 days to retrieve what you were selling once sold with 1 market slot only. THIS SUCKS!

The issue still hasn’t been solved it seems. Some of my items went back to the retrieve tab on their own after some time, but some are still taking up my sell limit and I can’t cancel the listings. >v>

i met this bug today try to relogin and change channel but not work

Please change your time zone of your PC to Eastern (America & Canada) -5hr, thn try again, once done retrieve your item from market, change back your PC time zone back to normal…
