The Remains of the Wrecked Ship Bug?

I’ve been walking around Cranto Coast from one area to another while using the magic searching stone. But it seems it doesn’t react to anything or anywhere. Does anyone already finished this quest?

I’ve finished that quest and I also initially thought that it’s bugged.

Some tips to complete the quest:

  1. The location of the bag is random among those three encircled locations.
  2. When you find the bag, you’ll get a green message on top (red message means that there is no reaction from the compass).
  3. As soon as you get the green message, the bag will magically appear. (I think the bag will disappear if you use the compass again. I’ve seen that green message three times and on the second time, I used the compass again on the same spot because I wanted to read what the green message was but then it became a red message again.)
  4. Once the bag appears, it does not have any “press space bar” or the usual quest icon on top of quest items/mobs but you can still get close to it and hit space bar to pick-up the bag.

how little was your step or gap between pressing V? cant find the damn thing

Doesn’t helps me.
Wasted 3 hours.
Two times got green message in different places. But 50 “V”-retries does nothing. Looks loike total random.
Gap - 1 pixel.

Hmmm well it makes me think that maybe there is bug in this quest. I mean I got 3 green messages on random areas. On my first 2 messages I didn’t see any bag, I even randomly pressing space bar around the area, nothing happened. But on my 3rd green message, I saw a effin bag. I wasn’t able to screenshot it because of exitement lol.

Quest still bugged.

I got the green message quite a few times after combing forever for it but the item does not appear.

not bugged…the mechanics is just hard…the area is huge so you’ll have a low chance to get the green message…i tried relogging after roaming the map for almost an hour and that’ when I found the message…the bag did not appear in front of me.but within the camera view…

the bag is noticeable once it came out
