As far as I’m aware there isn’t an option to transfer leadership yet, but I think remember seeing that additional options are on the way (at some point).
Looking at past threads, it seems you can disband guild by expelling everyone and typing /destroyguild on your templar char.
You can transfer, you need to remove the addon -Guildmates, it seems I understood why I can not, the second Templar registered an account 4 days ago, it seems like there is a restriction on the transfer of rights in the trade …
