The person who designed the knockdown system in this game

Is a special kind of ass-hole.

And on top of that Safety Zone is supposed to just deflect attacks from the barrier around you, yet you still get knocked down anyways.

Why would I waste even a minute of my precious time shitposting here to go make a ā€œgameplay feedbackā€ suggestion to a company that doesn’t listen to any of us? Nah this is just a ā€œventā€ post.

Also last time I made a post on gameplay feedback regarding peltasta equipment durability dropping too fast, I got told I suck at the game and I should learn to play. Cuz apparently building for block, con, defense and magic resist so you can actually TANK and TAKE HITS means you suck at the game. You are supposed to run around not getting hit or else your durability will get destroyed. Therefore my suggestion was ā€œstupidā€.

Not dealing with the white knight train on the suggestions forum again. No thanks.

Playing swordsman facing a train of normal mob which can spam knock down is one of the worse game experience

Ok all jokes aside, wtf is the KD mechanic in this game? It is base on dmg? Type of damage? Moon posistions!? Anyone know…?

Poata in Siaulai mission (or however that thing is spelled):
Has 3 attacks, 2 of them normal frontal hits that knockdown+back and a medium sized 360 aoe that slightly knocks back. If you happen to make the fatal mistake and have your back against a wall while getting hit its possible to get endlessly ā€˜knock chained’. It only ends if someone else takes the aggro or he decides to cast his aoe.

If you couldn’t be knocked out of Safety Zone AKA definitely not safety wall, it would be a over powered skill. You need to be able to be pushed out of it.

And Glutton is one of most annoying boss…

I get that your frustrated because the knock down is annoying. but saying that IMC Doesn’t listen to any of us is straight up lie.

If you do PvP, you will see how OP cleric with Safety Zone.
Then you will be glad that they can be knocked out/grabbed out/pavised out of there.

Not all knockdowns work on safety zone…

Most ā€œsaneā€ games have exceptions for PvP. I can understand how it could be OP in PvP without needing to be a PvPer. However I’m only PvE and always will only be PvE so all my posts refer to that side of the game.

I’d hope IMC would have the brains to balance PvP since things that work in PvE may be too much in PvP. But then again we’re talking about IMC here who, according to above poster:

You know what the best part about knockdowns in PvE is? Every single monster is capable of casting, using skills, and even fleeing while knocked down. Not to mention the fact that 2/3rds of the monsters in the 260+ grinding maps ALL HAVE PAIN BARRIER.

The mobs who explode and knock you down upon death, don’t forget those too lol. Cuz f*ck melee classes
