HELP i just purchased the penguin egg then when i right click it and the game ask me to add more slot using TP. i got disconected. after i reconnect the egg is nowhere to be found. i hope you can help me with this.
Did you check your companion window ( right side of screen) in the lodge?
Mine turned up there after running through the same process.

pets take up a character slot as pets contribute to team lv. make sure you got a slot open for it. it should be at the right side of the screen in your character select screen.

Penguin egg is a cash shop item (named TP shop).
In game you have cash shop NPC named TP trader in every town. Girl with dark hair and pink dress, name is Leticia.
