The patch disappears after 100%

Hi, im having some troubles with the patch and i hope someone could help me, i have downloaded the game on steam and when i try to play it, it starts patching the game but when it reaches 100% it just dissapears and nothing else happens, if i try to open the patch again it show me a message telling me that only one tos client can be run at a time with the numer (237), so if i want to open it again i have to enter the task manager and close process (Client_tos.exe ) from there but if i try again its the same
I have tried running steam as admin and also i have the latest DicrectX version and.
I have read something about changing the user.xml file in the forums but i dont have that file.
I hope someone know how to fix this, and sorry for my english its not my native lenguage.

not having user.xml might be the reason why the game won’t start properly
Try messaging or contacting one of the staffs to see whether they could help you get your user.xml

i have same problem also, this is sucks, after queuing for very long then this happen, i didnt even start already

Hey, guys, I don’t know if this’ll help you, but it did for me.

  1. Install latest .NetFramework
  2. Install 2012-2015 Vcredist
  3. Install latest Adobe Flash Player

This helped me, hope it helps you :slight_smile:
