The party chat doesn't work

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Party chat

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
When I’m in a party, no messages appear in the party chat (mine and from other members). I can speak to them and I can see their messages in the “all” chat. Two other people I met complained of the same in the game.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Join a party or
  2. Make a party and invite someone
  3. Speak in the “party” option

Bug description: Same as beth_fortuna but i cant select the party option in the chat window, it always reset to the all option.

Bug description: Same here, when i try to enter in the party chat always says "you ar currently not in a party

Bug description: Same, I’m in a Party but when I try to go in party chat the game says I’m not in a Party and I can’t use the Party chat, and the minimap don’t show me the real position of my team mates so if we split in a big map it’s hard to meet each other.

I noticed other error about this party. U can’t use chat, and my PARTY BUFFS from priest , example SACRAMENT, don’t aplly to other party member. The experience is granted to me if another player in map kills a monster. But since the party member don’t get buffs from sacrament/monstrance (tested) the whole damage is reduced. I tested in boss fight and the problem happens.
When i met a party where the chat works, the party buffs works OK.

i got this bug too.

  • symbol of party member on minimap not Update.
  • PT Chat error Only massage “U R currently not in a party”.
    but pt quest share and xp item buff is normal.

Same issue occasionally, usually needs party leader to send a message first to fix.

Kicking everyone from the party and reinviting them fixes this, but only for the current map. As soon as you change zones the party chat breaks and all functionality is lost.

I relog to fix the issue. :slight_smile:

There is an exploit with the party as for now, that lets you get more than 5 people into it and benefit from bigger exp per mob.
