ALL POINTS INTO METEOR LETS G0 BECOME THE NEXT MEGUMIN
and at the same time, per skill level of meteor adds 1 more aoe ratio to meteor

Lv45 Frost Tree.
Will gather all mobs on the channel.
Negates the need to run around for 15 mins to find a monster to kill.
