The one who expierenced death/Bleak Chapparition Boss

So I’m trying to do this quest. http://www.tosbase.com/database/quests/9104/ for the +5 stamina potion reward. However I cannot find exactly where the world boss Bleak Chapparition spawns exactly in order for me to activate it. All it says on the tosbase is Tenent Church 1F and 2F. I see in this video:

He spawned at the Altar of Purification on 2F during CBT last year. Anyone have any other pin pointed locations?

Never got any tips, and I shortly after posting this kinda stepped away from the game. If someone has advice though for either of us it is still appreciated, since if I return I have to resume my quest for 80 stamina. :stuck_out_tongue:
