The '$NoData$ETC' error

Hi, i’ve been playing about 2 weeks and on the last 3 days i’ve been playing with the $NoData$ETC error. I tried to fix the error doing this:
1.Click in settings
2.In Select language select kr
3. Change it back to English
4. Game will say theres a new update
5. Update and play
But nothing, the error stills present. Actually im running out of ideas about this problem and i really need help please.

NoData means the file is not correctly linked. This isn’t something you end users can simply fix. The problem comes from IMC incorrectly linked files. If your problem persists after full delete and reinstall, that means it is something you have to leave to IMC.
