The new EU has a lot more micro stuttering going on?

I always had a small amount of it, I think everyone did, but since the EU server opened me and my friends have experienced a lot more of it. So much in fact its making me sea sick.

My ping in game is around 14ms but I still get these stutters. My rig is excellent so that shouldnt be the problem (high end i7/980gtx/16gigs of ram)

Its not related to windows version.

Why would my windows version make any difference when it ran decent while being hosted in the US?

Such a silly question in my opinion.
