I had submitted ticket on 31/3 and the staff replied me at 1/4
But until today (18/4), I still didn’t saw 160TP in my inventory
Is that so hard to verify:
- I bought founder access 3 with 160TP
- I claimed the DLC from mail (the 2nd or 3rd day server launched, doesn’t remember)
- I dont had any 160TP in my character inventory(only exp tome and enchant scroll from compensation mail appear)
- I dont had any TP spend history (excluded free TP)
Can someone link the IMC staff for me ? Much appreciated
