the mail items do not come to my account, and I can not find them

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. login
  2. 2 notification emails
  3. take all
  4. disappeared

  • CPU : i5 intel
  • RAM : 8gb

  • Mainboard : gigabyte
  • Storage :
  • OS : Windows
  • Internet Connection : 4mb

I’m having the same problem. I’ve accepted my compensation mail but it hasn’t appeared in my inventory.

Same problem, managed to get the TP from steam, but not the compensation.
