To be fair, these types will simply flock to the new thread or any thread with activity instead of making a new one in these not-so-active forums as long as there is no such thing as forum moderation. I rather close down my Round-Up if I have to start doing such things over such banal and gibberish spam banter on a thread I’ve kept updating for free over a year now.
The Round-Up had a good run with no flags (prior to that one moment, caused the deletion of a Round-Up post or two) and people being civil enough to keep it down a notch for that long. If the times force it to close I don’t mind closing it or letting others take over, it just means the thread has outlived its usefulness.
No one is paid enough, if not at all, to deal with this.

I will miss the thread if it gone, but by looking at what it become these few weeks, no mods to keep it civil, and much other bad stuff I’ve seen here, I will respect the decision when it comes to that.
Heck, why do these people keep hijacking this thread with the irrelevant stuff when they could just open a new thread and express their feelings there. People these days have no forum manners.
