Well, since you asked.
First and foremost, the relevance of the meme. The origin of the meme must be of relevance to what you post.
Second, the graphics. This includes but is not limited to; the type, size, color of font used. The readability of the texts. The pixel density of the image or the base meme template used.
Third,(and I know this must sound controversial) The grammar. Since your ‘so called meme’ is written in a specific language, then you must follow that specific language’s grammar. If not, you can write the texts on the meme on a different language.
And for representing the majority of people who thinks Mr. Kok’s memes are ‘bad’, I’ve read multiple discord servers’ reaction to it. Including some of the guild discords… and what I’ve found is that majority of the people who read it consider Mr. Kok’s memes as ‘bad’.

The game is dead ever since we moved beyond Velco era. All guilds are toxic in their own way already the more the community becomes smaller.
Lighting the fire is everyone’s own entertainment rather than the game.

Ahh, thanks for clarifying. I’m just stating my opinion, it’s good that we have standards at times but meme to me personally is just a meme. It is meant to be unconventional, funny, stupid at least to me. Also on the relevancy, I find that different people may relate things differently, as such 1 meme may be pointless to you but not to others. At least that’s my thought… you do not need to agree with me… thanks again for taking ur time to clarify.
