Excellent job!
I want to add that Earth property is weak against Fire and Poison.

About the Swordsman’s rank, there will be no nerfs on iTOS until, at the very least, February. But episode 13 brought several buffs to shield and spear classes, so maybe there will be a more competitive environment when that comes around.

The Weekly Boos of this week is weak just against Holy damage, so maybe some Magic DPS Clerics come up on top? And that heavy Crit Resistance hurts a lot for those without high minimum Critical Chance.

I go as a dark wizard on weekly boss, so I just cry reading this.

[The iToS Weekly Round-up]

Welcome to your weekly dose of info round-up on Guild Territory Wars, Boruta Raids and Weekly Boss Raids on every server! In here, I will be doing on covering on all servers, Klaipeda, Fedimian, Telsiai, Silute and any new happenings in Tree of Savior every week on Monday/Tuesday!

[December Week 3, 2020]

The Christmas mood is underway with IMC bringing out the winter-themed Klaipeda town, The Yak Mambo’s Winter Festival event, the conclusion of The Fan Art Festival competition and more. Fan art of winners of the competition will be implemented this week, so do look out for them! A month has gone by since the Tel Harsha update and players and guilds with enough resources to get Karaliene/Luciferie Accessories faster are expected to still be ahead of the rankings this early on. Nothing much has been done on classes since then as well, so no change in the meta across the board.

Meanwhile in KToS, its been 2 weeks since the new update, and with the update comes many new things to invest in, such as Lvl 4 Vaivoras and Lvl 3 Goddess Armors, so it will take some time for the rankings over there to even out. Players will rush to get them as fast as possible, some who will take their time or be stuck based on availability, others who even got Lvl 4 Vaivora in a week. To further add to that, KToS players face their first ever experience with Solcomm in their Weekly Boss Raid. Find out more at KToS’s weekly report, 48th Weekly Boss: Link.

(For reference, here’s KToS’s 38th weekly report: Link)

[GTW and Boruta Raid]

[Guild Territory Wars]

All is well in the serene, peaceful lands of Telsiai where there is no conflict, players can do no wrong and guilds can do no war. Klaipeda had a small happening with Melody taking Sventimas Exile from Impetus to obtain a territory they lost last week, but not much else other than that.

Meanwhile in Fedimian, Maid Cafe and EriLayne traded territories with the former taking Aqueduct Bridge Area and the latter taking Baron Allerno this week. Also, Eternity is on a roll this week taking both Nuoridin Falls and Sventimas Exile after being unable to secure a territory last week and TeaTime took over Salvia Forest previously held by TheNineWorlds.

Silute also has its fair share of strife this week, with Paradise and Skyline trading territories as well this week, the former taking Genar Field and the latter taking Aqueduct Bridge Area. From observing these 2 guilds since previous Round-Ups and all, Paradise and Skyline seems to be competitive rival guilds, and we can look forward to their battle results looking forward. LIMIT was also able to take back their once-held Baron Allerno territory from Australe, leaving them to take Nuoridin Falls from Aqua this week. With LIMIT taking Baron Allerno, FireEmblem seized their chance to secure Sventimas Exile for the week.

Klaipeda

  • Sventimas Exile, Melody (previously Impetus)

Fedimian

  • Aqueduct Bridge Area: Maid Cafe (previously EriLayne)
  • Baron Allerno: EriLayne (previously Maid Cafe)
  • Nuoridin Falls: Eternity (previously CarpeDiev)
  • Sventimas Exile: Eternity (previously TeaTime)
  • Salvia Forest : TeaTime (previously TheNineWorlds)

Telsiai

  • No change

Silute

  • Genar Field: Paradise (previously Skyline)
  • Aqueduct Bridge Area: Skyline (previously Paradise)
  • Baron Allerno: LIMIT (previously Australe)
  • Nuoridin Falls: Australe (previously Aqua)
  • Sventimas Exile: FireEmblem (previously LIMIT)

[Boruta Raid]

More and more guilds are starting to break through the 10 minute mark, with FullMoonCafe overtaking Impetus in the process to finally clinch an under-10 minute time. Not much changes are happening in Telsiai as YN holds top spot not only in Telsiai but on all servers at 8 minutes 56 seconds for this Boruta Raid, and Megalomaniac was able to triumph over GrapeSoda’s time this week. In Fedimian, Maid Cafe lagged behind this week allowing CarpeDiev to top them for fastest clear time this Boruta Raid, and over at Silute, Skyline takes the fastest Boruta Raid clear time this week, though Paradise is not far behind being close to getting an under-10 minute time as well.

[38th Weekly Boss Raid Results]

The 38th Weekly Boss’s traits seems to prove rather challenging for players with traits boosting its toughness, a Critical Resistance Specialty to further add to that, and a Dark element + no armor-type limiting its benefits to Holy/Psychokinesis builds or those that can overcome its strengthened resilience, a matter of brute force. Kirarin of Telsiai in particular, performed with stellar results under these circumstances, dealing the highest damage across all class trees and servers with 11.5 B as a Fencer | Matador | Barbarian.

  • Top Swordsman Build:
    • Kirarin [Telsiai], Fencer | Matador | Barbarian, 11.5 B
  • Top Wizard Build:
    • MiyukiSAMA [Telsiai], Shadowmancer | Featherfoot | Taoist, 8.7 B
  • Top Archer Build:
    • kubis19 [Telsiai], Mergen | Ranger | Appraiser, 9.2 B
  • Top Cleric Build:
    • AntiVirus [Telsiai], Exorcist | Miko | Crusader, 7.8 B
  • Top Scout Build:
    • Tyhz [Telsiai], Schwarzer Reiter | Enchanter | Assassin, 5.7 B

[Swordsman]

Despite this week’s neutral boss, the toothpick class thrives once again this week over the other Swordsman builds. Kirarin of Telsiai performed especially well, not only by dealing the most damage across all class trees and servers, but also being the only player (yes, I’m ignoring the 3 other players below Kirarin :poop:) this week to surpass 10 B damage with a Fencer | Matador | Barbarian build dealing 11.5 B. All servers run the same toothpick build.

[Wizard]

A Dark-Type boss doesn’t seem to hinder the bossing-specialized thund- uh I mean Dark Wizards this week, as the ever-popular Shadowmancer | Featherfoot | Taoist build shows its bossing capabilities. MiyukiSAMA of Telsiai managed to take top spot for Wizard across all servers, dealing 8.7 B damage this week. Also no surprise that all Wizard rankers on all servers run the same build.

[Archer]

Meta builds are favored for this especially-toughened boss to brute force their way through, and the well-known Mergen | Ranger | Appraiser build is perfect for this, thus topping the Archer ranks yet again this week. kubis19 of Telsiai attained the top Archer rank this week across all servers, dealing 9.2 B on the boss. The same build is used by all top Archer rankers on all servers this week.

[Cleric]

Being one of the only class trees and builds that can actually capitalize on this week’s Dark-Type boss, the Exorcist-Miko pair takes center stage for this boss, and AntiVirus of Telsiai took top Cleric spot across all servers this week, dealing 7.8 B damage as an Exorcist | Miko | Crusader. The top ranker of Klaipeda runs the same build, but Silute’s top ranker ran with a variant Exorcist | Miko | Druid while Fedimian’s top ranker ignores the Exorcist-Miko combo completely to get top rank there as Inquisitor | Zealot | Monk.

[Scout]

Despite Bullet Marker’s Holy Bullet Attribute, Schwarzer Reiter takes top spot again with this week’s boss, as Tyhz of Telsiai takes top Scout spot across all servers as a Schwarzer Reiter | Enchanter | Assassin with 5.7 B damage. Klaipeda’s top ranker who runs the same build is not far behind, and Silute’s top ranker runs a Bullet Marker | Sheriff | Assassin build. Fedimian’s top ranker runs a Rangda | Linker | Assassin build as always.

I’m interested in leaving this section out for anything ToS for content creators, be it videos, guides, speedruns, memes and more of that week to help out such creators with our current player base. If anyone is interested in getting some free publicity of sorts as long as it ToS-related or just interested in sharing anything fun, feel free to PM me with such things on forums and I’ll try to put it down in this section.

With that said, no messages have been received thus far, so seems like no one’s interested in such things. I’ll leave this open for another 2 weeks before I scrap this idea, in the meantime …

Don’t stop updating it, your analyzes are very good.
As a contribution I will post a video weekly with the best moments of my guild in GTW.
Hope more people do that here too!
Last week:

It was a good GTW, we managed to secure Genar Field and lost Baron Allerno for 3 seconds :frowning:

Welcome to your weekly dose of info round-up on Guild Territory Wars, Boruta Raids and Weekly Boss Raids on every server! In here, I will be doing on covering on all servers, Klaipeda, Fedimian, Telsiai, Silute and any new happenings in Tree of Savior every week on Monday/Tuesday!

[December Week 4, 2020]

A Merry Christmas to everyone on this fine week, hope everyone had a fun Christmas with friends and family (unless you spent your Christmas in ToS …)! Christmas events will finally be wrapping up after stressing players out via forcing field farming silver-less mobs for boxes until your mercenary coin limit gets capped, and a Christmas Box using up so many keys but only giving you a event-special Igloo by chance. Even in Christmas the day of joy and giving, our gifts are RNG, ToS never change. No class changes has happened, but this week granted boosts for players to rise up via Burning Weekend’s Transcendence event and Diamond Anvils for better equipment, so we may see some changes in certain rankings in coming weeks.

Meanwhile in KToS, 3 weeks have passed since the new update with Lvl 4 Vaivoras and Lvl 3 Goddess Armors … and IMC has released more updates into KToS featuring Giltine Raids, new equipment, new goddess cards and more class changes for players to rush getting and invest in, throwing more chaos into the rankings. This week also sees yet another new Weekly Boss Raid with Naktis joining the fray.

Find out more at KToS’s weekly report (you will be surprised by Swordsman ranking), 49th Weekly Boss: Link.

(For reference, I can’t find KToS’s 39th weekly report … so yeah)

[GTW and Boruta Raid]

[Guild Territory Wars]

It’s the season of celebrations with family and friends as guilds take the time to change their guild emblems for the occasion, and our community with its diverse player base from servers all around the world are assured to celebrate differently as well. Some choose to lay back and relax (as always) to relish and indulge in the peaceful times such as Telsiai where nothing’s changed (as always). Some may also choose to celebrate by asserting their dominance on the server like with Klaipeda while others do so in an all-out war like Fedimian and Silute.

In Klaipeda, Impetus and FullMoonCafe took this wonderful week by taking 2 territories each, taking out Alpha and Tornado in the process to show who’s boss in the server and leaving them without a territory. Meanwhile Infinity was able to dethrone Melody from their territory to end off Klaipeda’s GTW.

Things are a little more hectic in Fedimian, as Maid Cafe and CarpeDiev traded territories, the former getting Genar Field and the latter getting Aqueduct Bridge Area. CarpeDiev went further though, taking Baron Allerno from EriLayne to be be one of the only guilds this week to take 2 Champion’s League Maps. Other guilds made do with fighting for Challenger Maps with EriLayne taking Nuoridin Falls off Eternity and Eternity taking Salvia Forest off TeaTime. Maid Cafe took the remaining Sventimas Exile map, taking 2 maps this week and showing why they are one of the stronger guilds of Fedimian.

Silute is all sorts of fun as the Paradise-Skyline rivalry seems to be in favor of Paradise this week as Skyline took Genar Field while Paradise took Aqueduct Bridge Area and Baron Allerno, being another guild to take two Champion’s League Maps this week. LIMIT gets forced out of Champion’s League and takes Nuoridin Falls off Australe this week. Aqua has also bounced back this week, taking 2 maps this week and preventing Australe and FireEmblem any territory this week.

Klaipeda

  • Nuoridin Falls: Impetus (previously Alpha)
  • Sventimas Exile Infinity (previously Melody)
  • Salvia Forest: FullMoonCafe (previously Tornado)

Fedimian

  • Genar Field: Maid Cafe (previously CarpeDiev)
  • Aqueduct Bridge Area: CarpeDiev (previously Maid Cafe)
  • Baron Allerno: CarpeDiev (previously Erilayne)
  • Nuoridin Falls: EriLayne (previously Eternity)
  • Sventimas Exile: Maid Cafe (previously Eternity)
  • Salvia Forest: Eternity (previously TeaTime)

Telsiai

  • No change (as always)

Silute

  • Genar Field: Skyline (previously Paradise)
  • Aqueduct Bridge Area: Paradise (previously Skyline)
  • Baron Allerno: Paradise (previously LIMIT)
  • Nuoridin Falls: LIMIT (previously Australe)
  • Sventimas Exile: Aqua (previously FireEmblem)

[Boruta Raid]

As with the holidays, everyone on all servers seems to be toning down their competitive spirits as no guild broke through the 10 minute mark this week. With that said, congratulations to Paradise of Silute for getting the fastest Boruta clear time this week with 10 minutes 11 seconds! Nothing much has changed in Telsiai and Fedimian other than GrapeSoda taking the lead from Megalomaniac in Telsiai, while CarpeDiev and Maid Cafe from Fedimian switched places this week. Klaipeda showed Impetus overtaking FullMoonCafe while Melody took third place, a shame since Melody does not have a territory this week. Lastly, Paradise has taken fastest time in Silute this week while Skyline has really dipped far behind this week, allowing Australe and Aqua to rise up.

[39th Weekly Boss Raid Results]

The 39th Weekly Boss sports some … irritating traits with its sleep debuff and an annoying combination of mechanics to ensure players will have a hard time pulling off their near-perfect WBR run with all these variables to consider. Along with its limited weaknesses to Ice/Poison/Magic damage and a high critical resistance stat, Magic DPS builds with ways to counter its high critical resistance look to dominate the rankings this time. As expected, Wizard took top spot this week, and FFFFuta of Telsiai has prevailed in dealing the highest damage across all class trees and servers with 11.3 B damage as a Shadowmancer | Featherfoot | Taoist.

  • Top Swordsman Build:
    • Kirarin [Telsiai], Fencer | Matador | Barbarian, 9.0 B
  • Top Wizard Build:
    • FFFFuta [Telsiai], Shadowmancer | Featherfoot | Taoist, 11.3 B
  • Top Archer Build:
    • DestinedWing [Telsiai], Mergen | Ranger | Appraiser, 8.9 B
  • Top Cleric Build:
    • RoseQuartz [Telsiai], Plague Doctor | Druid | Miko, 6.8 B
  • Top Scout Build:
    • Tyhz [Telsiai], Schwarzer Reiter | Assassin | Enchanter, 5.0 B

[Swordsman]

Is there any surprise that the toothpick class once again dominated the Swordsman rankings? In particular, Kirarin of Telsiai was able to take top spot for Swordsmen on all servers with the tried-and-tested Fencer | Matador | Barbarian build dealing 9.0 B damage this week. All servers also run the same build as expected.

[Wizard]

This weekly boss proves advantageous for Magic DPS builds as Wizards rise to the occasion with FFFFuta of Telsiai taking top spot for damage above all Wizards and class trees with the Shadowmancer | Featherfoot | Taoist bossing build dealing 11.3 B. While top Wizards on most servers run the same build, Klaipeda’s top wizard this week interestingly brute-forced his way to top spot with a Sorcerer | Necromancer | Featherfoot build against the disadvantages of this week’s boss against such a build.

[Archer]

Despite the disadvantageous traits, Archer is close behind as the Mergen | Ranger | Appraiser build shows its prowess against this boss. DestinedWing of Telsiai has come out on top of Archers across all servers with the build, dealing 8.9 B to get top Archer spot. With such a stellar build being available, it is no surprise all the top Archers on all servers run the same build.

[Cleric]

With the advantages to Magic DPS, Magic Clerics take the rankings this week as RoseQuartz of Telsiai has taken top spot for Clerics on all servers using a Plague Doctor | Druid | Miko build dealing 6.8 B damage. It is also of note that the Cleric tree approached this week’s WBR with quite a few diverse builds (except Klaipeda), with Fedimian running a Crusader | Druid | Miko and Silute running an Exorcist | Miko | Druid build.

[Scout]

It’s been a while for Scout’s WBR ranking since it saw Dagger Scout builds take center stage … and sadly this isn’t Dagger Scout’s time this week as Pistol Scouts once again reigns supreme. Tyhz of Telsiai, in particular, has dominated the Scout rankings on all servers for some time now with a Schwarzer Reiter | Enchanter | Assassin build dealing 5.0 B damage this week. Surprising, Telsiai’s top scout this week is the only one running Schwarzer Reiter, as Klaipeda’s and Silute’s top scout this week ran Bullet Marker | Sheriff | Assassin while Fedimian’s top Scout this week is still running Rangda | Linker | Assassin.

Great GTW for us this week too.

Yeah, 3 variations of Druid-Miko. Diverse, indeed.
Well, it is better than Wizard’s, Swordsman’s and Archer’s.

Crevox being Crevox, I guess, making the notion of “damage weakness” meaningless. Still, congratulations!

Xandy just showing off when PS makes the difference.

So, a Devil Lightning Plate boss.
Being Devil, it has higher modifiers for damage, but lower defensive stats. So the damage may be a little higher this week (specially if you play with Exorcist), if the player survives long enough.
Being Plate means higher physical defense and lower magical defense, but also means more vulnerable for Strike and Cannon. Shield-SWs will feel a little better, Cannoneer-Matross’ will just cry in the corner for that means too little unfortunately and I am pretty sure summons deal a lot of strike damage, so Crevox will be high there again, and other summoners maybe.
Lightning means more resistance against Ark-Thunder, Ark-Storm and Taoist. I do hope it will change the rankings, but those with a lot of resources are already 110% on SM-FF-Tao (and planing to update it when Ep13 arrives), so the only way to change the rankings for Wizard-tree are the Summoners doing great.

My predictions for the next week’s boss ranking:
-Swordsmans: no changes;
-Archers: no changes (where are the Ranger-Mergen-Fletcher, which seems to perform so well on kTOS? It must be the 64bits…);
-Wizards: SM-FF-Tao because. And Crevox will be high because;
-Clerics: Magic-Clerics will just assert dominance over Physic-Clerics;
-Scouts: SR-Enchanters will deal less damage, so we will see ‘less’ SR-Enchanters, like we are already seeing.

Actually a fairly interesting distribution:

  1. Miko PD Druid
  2. Miko Exo Crusader
  3. Miko Exo Sadhu
  4. Miko Exo Crusader
  5. Miko Exo Druid

edit: Actually it’s interesting that each base class really sort of has one of these outlier supporting classes like miko (or appraiser and taoist for now).

We still never got the appraiser changes that ktos had weeks prior from where we are on WBR weeks, which has completely skewed ours. So very little build variance in top 10 outside like 1 fletcher, 2 arbas, and 1 musket falc (hi).

[January Week 1, 2021]

Firstly, a wonderful Happy New Year 2021, and best wishes that it won’t be as crap as 2020 was! The New Year brings new events, including the upcoming Happy 2021 Festival event to commemorate the occasion, though IMC will also start implementing rather … weird Trade Grade restrictions. As always, no class balances or any notable issues, so expect the meta to remain the same as always.

image

IMC has been on a roll with their updates (or just releasing them part-by-part) with the release of Giltine’s Guild Raid. It is interesting to note that guilds cannot use the same players for both Giltine and Boruta Guild Raid, and it’ll take guilds with both the quality and quantity in guild members to dominate both rankings. IMC also intends to change their “Hope To Development” monthly dev blogs (basically IMC’s way of addressing a few playerbase feedback) to weekly, which will hopefully allow better communication with their playerbase. Find out more at KToS’s weekly report, 50th Weekly Boss: Link.

[GTW and Boruta Raid]

[Guild Territory Wars]

STABILIZED_SERVER STABILIZED_SERVER STABILIZED_SERVER STABILIZED_SERVER STABILIZED_SERVER

The first GTW of the year starts off with a repeat Telsiaimensquare Massacre 2.0 on Telsiai, with IMC’s perfect “Server Stabilization” causing Telsiai players to be unable to log in or even play properly during the period 1hr before GTW and after GTW due to Commander Load Fail issues. Things went back to normal after GTW though, probably a GTW and server issue. Despite the issues though, Telsiai remains as peaceful and unchanging as always, to the point that I don’t bother changing Telsiai’s side of the GTW graphics for more almost a month. I’m personally curious if other servers faced any issues in their GTW this week, do tell if you had issues as well.

Fedimian sees a complete turn-around as the ownership of the Champion League maps have completely been flipped over to Maid Cafe’s advantage, with CarpeDiev taking Genar Field, and Maid Cafe taking Aqueduct Bridge Area and Baron Allerno, territories that once belonged to each other. The spot left by Maid Cafe, Sventimas Exile, is up for grabs and Eternity seized their chance amidst the chaos. Seems like a fun war is to come for Fedimian with how they started the new year.

The rest of the servers seem rather peaceful from the table alone. Klaipeia sees a new guild, Variant, appear on the list, taking Nuoridin Falls previously held by Impetus. Melody also rose back up this GTW, taking Aqueduct Bridge Area from FullMoonCafe this week to leave them only with Salvia Forest. Similarly in Silute, Australe came back up this week to take Baron Allerno from Paradise (that guild icon change was quick), but otherwise nothing much has changed.

Klaipeda

  • Aqueduct Bridge Area: Melody (previously FullMoonCafe)
  • Nuoridin Falls: Variant (previously Impetus)

Fedimian

  • Genar Field: CarpeDiev (previously Maid Cafe)
  • Aqueduct Bridge Area: Maid Cafe (previously CarpeDiev)
  • Baron Allerno: Maid Cafe (previously CarpeDiev)
  • Sventimas Exile: Eternity (previously Maid Cafe)

Telsiai

  • No change, not even a Telsiaimensquare Massacre 2.0 changed this

Silute

  • Baron Allerno: Australe (previously Paradise)

[Boruta Raid]

Kicking off the New Year, 2 guilds have attained under-10 minute Boruta Runs this week as opposed to last week. Klaipeia’s all-out war left Melody, Tornado and Alpha out of the Boruta Rankings this week, and Impetus has once again finished the raid in under 10 minutes. Silute also has similar results, with Paradise’s dominion last week leaving FireEmblem and Australe out of the rankings. Skyline has bounced back to 2nd as well, a nice return to form while Paradise still holds first place in Silute.

On the other side of things in Fedimian, Maid Cafe remains ahead of CarpeDiev this week, while nothing’s changed in Telsiai as always. YN of Telsiai has consistently achieved under-10 minute Boruta Raid clears, and has also cleared the raid the fastest this week at 8 minutes 23 seconds.

[40th Weekly Boss Raid Results]

The 40th Weekly Boss is a breath of fresh air due to its ease, especially after the consecutive weeks of Weekly Bosses with annoying traits to work with. Along with the boss being weak to Earth/Poison?Strike/Cannon, this Weekly Boss is also a great time for Physical DPS builds to shine due to its weakness to physical damage and increased resistance to magic damage. Among all Physical DPS builds, Kirarin of Telsiai has dealt the most damage across all class trees and servers this week as a Fencer | Matador | Barbarian dealing 17.0 B.

  • Top Swordsman Build:
    • Kirarin [Telsiai], Fencer | Matador | Barbarian, 17.0 B
  • Top Wizard Build:
    • Crevox [Klaipeia], Sorcerer | Necromancer | Featherfoot, 13.4 B
  • Top Archer Build:
    • DestinedWing [Telsiai], Mergen | Ranger | Appraiser, 16.1 B
  • Top Cleric Build:
    • Bluvoyei [Telsiai], Inquisitor | Zealot | Druid, 9.2 B
  • Top Scout Build:
    • Tyhz [Telsiai], Schwarzer Reiter | Assassin | Enchanter, 8.5 B

[Swordsman]

There isn’t much else to say about the toothpick Fencer | Matador | Barbarian meta build taking top spot for Swordsmen this week with Strike Swordsmen being too lackluster to compete. Kirarin of Telsiai has taken top spot this week, not only for Swordsmen on all servers but on all class trees, with a commanding 17.0 B damage record. All top swordsmen on all servers run the same build, no surprises here.

[Wizard]

The summoner meta reigns supreme due to the advantageous traits of this week’s boss, and Crevox puts Klaipeia on the round-up with a Sorcerer | Necromancer | Featherfoot build to deal the most damage for Wizards this week at 13.4 B. Considering the traits of this week’s boss, every other wizard rankers on other servers surprisingly ran with the bossing Shadowmancer | Featherfoot | Taoist build.

The Wizard rankings this week is also rather hilarious when taking into account last week’s contrasting results, where Crevox brute-forced with the summoner build to get the top wizard rank of Klaipeia while everyone else ran the bossing Shadowmancer build, and that the opposite happened this week where everyone else brute-forced their way to top wizard rank of their respective servers instead.

[Archer]

The Mergen | Ranger | Appraiser build remains strong as always even when considering the traits of this boss to be advantageous for Cannon builds, as DestinedWing of Telsiai has attained the highest damage dealt for Archers across all servers, dealing 16.1 B this week. The strength of Bow builds aside, it would be nice if IMC could buff Cannon builds enough to at least be competitive in bosses that Cannon builds have advantage over. All top archer rankers run the same Mergen build, and there will probably be no change for some time.

[Cleric]

Physical DPS builds shine this week, and Inquisitor builds take centre stage this week, especially the standard Inquisitor | Zealot | Druid build. Bluvoyei of Telsiai rose on top of the competition this week for clerics with the aforementioned build, dealing 9.2 B against the boss. Every cleric top ranker except Fedimian ran the same build, while Fedimian’s top ranker ran an Inquisitor | Zealot | Monk build.

[Scout]

Scout once again features every Assassin variant under the sun with how important Assassin is to Scout’s damage. Tyhz of Telsiai took top scout spot this week (someone stop him please), dealing 8.5 B with a Schwarzer Reiter | Assassin | Enchanter build. Klaipeia’s and Silute’s top ranker runs a Bullet Marker | Sheriff | Assassin build while Fedimian’s top ranker runs a Rangda | Linker | Assassin build this week. It may be of interest to point out that the difference in damage between the Schwarzer Reiter build and the Bullet Marker build is comparably close this week, so prospective Bullet Markers may have a chance to top the Schwarzer Reiter build during this meta.

I am happy to be wrong in most of my predictions from last week
And I cry every time I see “Sandstorm” as a mechanic in the Weekly Boss
Congratz to the Scouts, showing what can be done with more than C to be pressed.

This Weekly Boss’ weakness is being Mutant (means more defensive stats) and Ice (almost irrelevant).
So the challenge will be “who survives longer”. And SM-FF-Tao is too good at it, so yeah…

And can somebody explain what happened last week, that Chaplain rose like “zero to hero” to 1st place on kTOS’ Weekly boss?

Everyone is getting used to Chaplain AA mechanic. Pop smite or crusader skills to keep up the Saint’s oath effect and maximize out additional damage for Chaplain VVR to take effective. Keep in mind you need at least 50k to max out the 100% bonus for binatio (0.2% per 100 additional damage).

Max attribute+art for binatio = 2,493% x 2 = 4,986% per swing for 30 seconds.

If somehow player managed to get 100% skill boosted from Chaplain VVR, we can see something like:

9,972% skill factor (Let not forget Chaplain’s Level 4 final skill factor 30%, so it might be more). This is the dream skill factor by the way since getting 50k additional damage is extremely difficult.

The most realistic number that you can get with max binatio (level 4 vvr + 20k+ Additional damage) is like 40% boosted from vvr + 30% final skill factor level 4 vaivora.

You can expect to see something like 6980% ~ 7900% (2x swings) skill SFR for binatio. Adding Swift Ark make it even stronger.

From what I heard, the Chaplain build used to get 7B damage on KToS was Chaplain-Zealot-Inquisitor.

Chaplain’s new changes really opened up Chaplain like how it was for Paladin when they got buffed and were given the possibility of being Magic Clerics, but better. Chaplains can go either Magic DPS Crusader and/or Exorcist, go Physical DPS with Inquisitor, or even use Chaplain Vaivora and do a Hybrid DPS Support build with Priest focusing on Additional Damage. Chaplain being such a standalone class makes it a flexible class that can be placed in most build combinations, which is nice compared to how it was stuck with only Monk before. Questions about Chaplain’s viability were thrown around when the changes came, but it seems like the results are starting to show up.

Chaplain is finally not a low-tier class anymore. :innocent:

forgot to add the insane amount of attacks per second korean players can do because of low ping, cant really compare a korean reiter here vs itos reiter, never saw a reiter here do the same dmg on any weekly boss since the reiter boom. ping is a huge factor in this kind of builds.
