I am here unfortunately,I am here to speak my happens to me.
I reported a bug in the server transfer,that incapacitated me to be transferred.result: I have not been
transferred and I ended up alone in Orsha server,But this is not the worst,open many other tickets
and I was never answered , or has offered me a decent support.
and very sad to see such a beautiful game, it is organized by a so incompetent company ,

See my the amount of tickets ignored,I hope one day they take action on this,

I hope you understand that an answer means that the solution is solved, right?

In order to transfer your team it is required to shut down both servers for a technical maintance.
Last time it took 24 hours to transfer all teams.
Most likely they do it manually(copying all data about your account and sending it to other server’s specialists), but you are still playing and bringing constant changes in ur data, which is why they can’t do it without appropriate time(like tech stop for a new patch).

Also i see that you have additional problems with transfer and they could just wait the response/fix from koreans.

That means: just wait and don’t spam with new tickets, since it can end with additional unnexpected problems like “adding you to ticket-spam list for awhile and forgetting to bring you back when ur problem can be fixed”.
