The Ideal Party for PvE

Ok so I am a new player and very heavily into anime so with the recent isekais, game themed animes and the corona virus quarantine, I decided to play this game as well as dragging some of my other friends. So I was just wondering what is the Ideal party for all of farming in general whether it will be leveling, dungeons or CM. Lets just be frank and give answers not the “play what you prefer” kind of answer because in the last MMORPG’s i played thats the frequent answer i get :frowning:.

Mergen (not sure about build) and BlossomBlader (Barb,Dopp) are top dmg. 2-3 of them.
One meta Healer (Diev,Priest,Oracle)

PyroEleTao has good party buffs/debuffs and decent dmg, some CC. Good to have, but not necessary

Wow so basically the meta now is just having a lot of blossom bladers? What are your thoughts on the scout class? Why isn’t it in an “ideal party”?

Yes, its about doing much dmg, like in many games, to clear stuff fast+easy.

Dont think scouts are very strong now. But some/many people use them as alt chars to buff their party.

Ok so if that is the point then whats the role of the Mergen in this party? since Blossom bladers are DPS and Priest is obviously the healer. Oh yeah and how about the wizard class? Does their CC make some dungeons easier?

Mergen also does really good dps.
(And can go hunter for more drops in CMs)

Wiz CC is not really needed in dungeons or raids, but helps in CMs.
The Buffs for more dmg done and less dmg taken are good everywhere (Wiz+Tao)

CM are farmed a lot for drops and exp and cash

Yes I have read about CM stages and what makes the blossom blader a really good DPS class?

A lot of damage. Huge single target damage, +100% damage on critical hits(its a 20s buff). Again a LOT of damage.

Thanks for your suggestions. What about the wizard that prioritizes summoning is that good?

They all bring aukuras, what is healer? :haha:

too much cleric, no archer, wizard and scout representation, like a hollywood movie that is ‘too white’

My party is more oriented to end-game so we don’t use magic shield to tank, but it definitly helps.

Builds of the party:

BB - Barb - Doppel
Barb - Fencer - Matador
Ranger - Flecther - Mergen
Monk - Inquisitor - Paladin with an Healer alt for Legendary Moringponia
Priest - Diev - Oracle

Priest - Diev - Oracle key member every content can use 1. After that we often go with 4 swordman (sometimes even 4 blossom blader ) and call it a day but on serious content like Moringponia and bring some other member or variety then it should be:
1)Priest - Diev - Oracle
2)Lancer - Cata - Hoplite (tanker due to hp buff from pet and also don’t get more damage from deeds of valor, good damage build)
3.1)Blossom Blader - Barbarian - Doppel (me the dps but this spot is optional a better dps would be:)
3.2)Fencer-Matador-Babarian: offer comparable damage and can use muleta to i frame the curse, trivialize the run
last 2 spot is optional, feel free to get the other swordman in. For other class: Archer can take Mergen-Fletcher-Ranger/Hunter but my guildmate use Falcon-Musket-Sapper and we still work fine. Wizard would be Pyro-Ele-Tao or Sorc build and buff magic shield. Cleric would be Exo-Druid-something. I guess you can bring scout or physical cleric too but we don’t have moring capable member with those build in out guild.

This will only corroborate the thinking of meta classes, leaving out the rest.
You and u friends can play with any class you like, this will make you playtime more funny!
My only recommendation is, One class Healer, One AoE!
choose what you like, not what people want!

Some Magic Damage oriented builds for other options:
Pyromancer-Elementalist-Taoist. AOE damage, a lot of it.
Shadowmancer-Warlock-Featherfoot. Powerful single-target damage nuke.
Onmyoji-Pyromancer-Psychokino. Synergy, CC, and lots of AOE damage.
Elementalist-Onmyoji-Terramancer. Earth synergy stuff, a lot of AOE, nothing different from before.
Sorcerer-Necromancer-Featherfoot. Summoning build. Good, but full of nuances. Not necessarily magic damage, but a mage nonetheless.
