Bug Description :
The NPC that sells TP things is headless. At first it only happened once and she got her head fixed after coming back later, but now she is always headless.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. statue warp to klaipeda
  2. talk to shopkeeper NPCs. You know: storage, item shop, TP, black smith. no specific order.
  3. ???
  4. bam! no head

im not the only one hahaha XD
i also notice headless tp-chan for a week now. sometimes her head returns when i talk to her then will disappear again some time later. and it always happens only at klaipeda.
