My friend is having the same issue. We were playing yesterday, and when the Silute server had the 23:00 maintenance we left the game. Later, when we tried to play again, I could get in just fine, but he could not.

When he clicks “play” on steam the launcher starts, and it says “Running” on steam. Then the launches goes from 0% to 100% and it just disappears and the game does not start. He has tried to restart his computer and reinstall the game multiple times.

Same problem. Tried removing all files, re-installing and removing XML files and verifying files. Tried changing country settings on steam too. Nothing works.

Edit: For some odd reason it works now.

From your screenshot, everything is going fine. First time installs will require a download of about 4GB in patches. If you deleted the patch directory you’ll also need to download those. It may take a while, just leave the patcher window open. The progress is cut off at the bottom if you don’t have the proper (Korean) fonts.

If you want to see what’s going on, you can install the Korean fonts. You’re using Windows 10, so you can install the Korean fonts by going to Start->Settings->Apps->Apps & features. Click “Manage optional features”, then click “Add a feature”. Click to expand the “Korean Supplemental Fonts” item and click “Install”.

Once you have the proper fonts, restart the game. The patcher text will display properly (right below the Tree of Savior image). But you don’t need the fonts unless you actually want to see what the patcher is doing.

Note that terminating the game while the patcher is running is a bad idea, and can end up in corrupt files.
