After i launched the game , the white screen appear , I’ve spent about 5-6 hours trying to troubleshoot and fix this issue . I tried to verify and redownload them game but still not working . I find a solution that delete user.xml but i dont have that file , only user_c.xml and i tried to create a user.xml but still none working.
System : I am running Windows 10 on a core i3 with 4 gb ram and intel hd 3000
You mean you have a white screen indefinitely? Sounds like a connection problem… For me, the white screen appears and stays a few seconds, and it stays longer when I have lag.
Hello kuro_emon40, i only have the Issue that u descripe when i open Discord while the game is launched. So it is not a Solution but try to close everything u dont need on ur PC.
For ur User.xml u can find it directly where the client_tos.exe is for me that would be under “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release”
ofc this might be a bit different for u depending on where ur Steam is installed and if u download ur Steam games inside the Steam folder. Try to find ur release folder and look for the user.xml again.

i already tried to find it that folder but couldnt find it , the error i get is the client has been shut down due to an error
That’s exactly a connection problem. Either your connection is unstable or you have something running in the back that consumes bandwidth. The first thing I do when I get this is to verify that Windows Update isn’t downloading patches, this can easily saturate all my bandwidth and make connection to online games impossible.
I already checked my connection , nothing is running expect steam . I always turn off window update
