The Game has been shut down due to an error

Date and Time : 3/29/16

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : keyboard

Bug Description : after starting the game and getting into a channel, after an unspecified amount of time(ranging from 5 seconds to 5 minutes) i obtain an error saying “The Client has been shut down due to an error, we appologize for this inconvenience.” prompting me to send all error infformation via the yes option on the dialogue box.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. connect to channel
  2. doing anything while on channel
  3. ???
  4. Crash.

I got the same error as well.
Did you find a solution for this problem?
Sometimes my sceen becomes like this and then the error occurs.

Uh, in your case i think theres a bigger issue if your screen does that. but in the case of my error i did a steam file verification and found out there was about 15 files messed up that steam had to recover for me. perhaps try that.

Same problem here. Tried verifying and found 14 files broken, and patched the game for an hour. Opened it and it still wont work. Any suggestions?

I get the issue mentioned in this post about once in every 20-30 minutes.
I am almost used to having the error and just relog and keep going.
But sometimes it’s very irritating when it happens within 2-5 minutes.

I am using Macbook Pro with bootcamp with a purchased version of Windows 10.
Tried reinstalling the game but didn’t help with the issue.

If anyone has a clue to fix this, please kindly response!
