The game doesn't launch

Hello i played this game like few month ago but when i want to reinstall it and play again the updater start and close after and nothing more… Any advice to fix this bug ? i reinstall it 3 times i dl direct X i restar my computer and the same problem :confused:

I can’t the launcher launch and just crash nothing more happen, and sometime the game launch

Hi @satyrz, Kindly try this workaround.

  1. Right click on Tree of Savior (English Ver.)
  2. Click on Properties
  3. Click Local Files tab
  4. Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache

If the issue still persist, please let us know.

it’s the screen after this launcher crash and nothing happen. :confused: I tried 2 or 3 times to verify integrity same problem, i delete and remove folder in program, i update direct x and microsoft c++ and for trying i disabled antivirus and firewall. Don’t know what to do. Here for example the game is launch and work but if i quit and i relaunch it, it would not work. :frowning:

Ok i deleted steam and reinstalled it then i re download the game and launch randomly, so i verify the cache and i had problems with 7 files i repair the problems and i re verify the cache and no more error, so i launch the launcher and it shut down again so i re re verify the cache and now i have 2 errors. maybe can help.

hello I presented the same problem happen to you and you managed to get a solution for the problem if the connseguirte please help me, because I want to play
