It is overloaded, that is for sure. 
not just you. forum seems to be down alot, especially after a patch.
forum is really unstable and I hate that,
it’ll be down again during weekend. Especially when US/SA prime time hits. At least that was the case at start of exclusive access before player numbers dwindled.
both SEA servers are sososososososososo overloaded
It’s the same for everyone I think. Forum being overloaded.
