Barb3 definitely doesn’t need too much dex to reach speed cap with Frenzy. But, if you’re going to try focusing on crits, it’s up to you if you want more base damage from STR or more crit attack from DEX.

Lol you can throw on like 3 Ellanos Cards + a monstrance scroll or something and cap.
