I’ve done this quest with other chars, but today I cannot figure out what’s your supposed to do for this quest anymore. I get the seeds from the priest and go to the designated area, but there’s nothing there to interact with. You cannot select the seeds, you don’t get the “v” popup to use them and you cannot click on anything on the ground… I’ m lost…
Looking at another post, there is supposed to be a small glowing area southwest of the little structure, but for me there is none. So this is simply a bug.
