The elephant in the Team Lodge

Yeah there is serious capacity issues. What the heck is IMC doing considering the upcoming F2P disaster.

You get tossed into countless missions/dungeons with out a 4 class setup and rarely having a cleric of any kind.

Level ranges are facepalm bad very often.

But you still end up waiting 15 mins on a good day 30+ easy on a bad day.

There is no que, just constant smashing together parties and spamming entry into instance.

Commander bug seems very much still there, but IMC seems to simply managed to keep you from getting kicked to server select and SEEING the error.

Solution is greater Capacity. If poor programming and optimization is the cause, then implement more capacity with your poor programming and optimization. IMC will have to pay out in real life cash to fix their issue or the game will die on F2P launch.

Great game poor execution, if this keeps up one more failure to add to the pile.

I have spent more money on much sillier things, samsung gear watches I am looking at you. I have also set them aside to collect dust or tossed them away, for not working properly. The loss of the price of DLC is not enough to keep me beholden to a poor product. Things should work or they should be removed until they do, Exp Tomes / reset vouchers, and all these other attempts are not solutions, and as executed are poor stop gap measures.

Get rid of dung/missions till fixed and implement sending out 6 tomes of an exp bonus of 650% for non token and 925% for token users. Missions and Dungeons ARE broken, so real compensation while you fix it is the first step.

Also If there is open and valid communication people will give you slack, at least the reasonable and intelligent ones. However there seems to be a very large vacuum of answers as to the server capacity issues. Side Stepping and adressing non-related issues is not going to make anyone with half a brain feel like IMC is actually working on the problem.

Server Transfers will do nothing unless the total population is greatly reduced and capped. Conversely server “Bottlenecks” need to be fixed but actually laying out the issue in detail might garner some sympathy and even support.

It may be time for IMC to come forward and say “Our Spaghetti code and penny pinching methods have lead to poorly executed use of our resources and we are trying to fix it some way, but ideas and suggestions are welcome.”

It is ok guys, the big dogs mess up too look at FFXIV and the hot mess that was. Now might be the time to stop coverup mode and start asking for help before the problem explodes on F2P launch.

How many Dungeon and Mission servers are there IMC?

Are you running all the missions and dungeons of ALL 4 region servers on just a single server?
