I had played in CBT1 and CBT2. Playing in East Europe (Kyiv, Ukraine), my friend played from Moscow, Russia and our ping was about ~60 ms. So… Not defending their servers, but this is fact.

Here’s a fact for you. Played from Moscow on icbt 2, had 200 ping, just like the rest of the people here.
Next we have time zone difference, that will make community divided and nobody benefits from that.
Lastly it’s just common sence to have EU server for EU playerbase, i don’t know why is that even being asked for in the first place.
Bottom line is, with all my love for RO and his successor ToS, i will not waste another minute on a game with no EU server.
I see zero presence of IMC on the forums, no CMs or anything, but here’s hoping they will come through.

Regarding EU server:
I wanna buy 50$ bundle, but if i cant transfer my account on EU server when it’s open, i have NOT any reason to buy it =(

There is absolutely no problem to open EU server since IMC use AWS… literally few clicks. They pay for server load on cloud so transferring some load from US server to EU wont cost anything.
Give us Eu server and take our Money!!! :3

Is this game despite old look and graphics still so ping dependent? Looking on graphics I was hoping to see a game that do not require fast response time.

They could implement a designated EU server like they did during iCBT2 with Latin America, and transfer it physically to Europe later on.
