Hello guy’s, i wanna know what and how u will play with that high ping, people who want to play AA class gonna get hard time in pve, also it’s going to be difficult for dodge or agro monsters i think w the delay, give me ur opinion on that.
Also we all know EU is 25% atm, Russia can come with us.
on CBT2, I played auto attack build (swordsman, swordsman c2) for ranks 1-2, then started using skills on barb-corsair(ranks 3-6).
What I can say:
Everything is okay and playable, but some may be the cause of annoying deaths such as dying from denoptic’s burst when you are too near because you can’t run/jump on time thanks to latency, and you also have to dodge the moment the arrows/target indicators show up. People with lower ping can have the advantage of using a few seconds to hit the boss monster still even with the indicator already showing up.
Oh and I got 250-350 ping, SEA
(not played myself, so taking it all from what I’ve read)
Sadly the high 200+ms people will effect the low ms people during dungeons/pvp. With the no premade group system when searching for dungeons and raids there will be aprox 50% to get grouped up with a 200+ person. PvE content I still think will be just fine, only less dps output. PvP however you might see a bigger difference in performance from player to player.
As logn as you dont chose an galting gun build. With bonus on Aa it’s fine.
YOu can doge and you can use skills and AA fine.
Only above 1,4 atk/sec it will hurt you xD.
Wich is with:
- kneelign shot
- running shot
- haste
- fully stacked deeds of vaor
…so don’t use theese~

As long as you put some point into CON around 20-30 you will have no problem!
But if you not…
when you fight a boss you have to go “NEWTYPE MODE” or aka dodge-it-before-it’s-start-to-attack secret technique or you will have a hard time…

Gonna use my legendary secret technique “Burst Link” to dodge everything lmao…
At around 250-350 ms for AU players, it wasn’t really a big deal to dodge enemy/boss attacks.
In reality, there is only one decent AA build that requires setup, gear, and usually party buffs from a chrono and priest. That is an archer class, and you won’t be able to maximize on it with 150-250 ms for sure. But it is only 1 build, and it isn’t stronger than other optimal builds, just different.
Other AA builds, such as AA swordsman builds are pretty bad and inefficient if your focus is atk speed. The game is more of a skill based game since the CBT’s. So just keep that all in mind.
