Maybe you can drop an email to IMC or check around in the forums.
Not sure whats the root of the problem that is causing your error.

I’m getting this message trying to log in. Happened like 10x in a row so I reinstalled the game. Issue still persists.

This is how I fixed my game, try it (IMC does teach players how to improve in IT) : go to your ToS folder -> Release folder -> delete all .xml files -> verfiy game cache to redownload all of them. And go back to the game.
This is how I fixed my ToS.
Apparently if you have any OLD addons like classicchat installed, it’s one of the biggest factors that the game’s screwing you twice over. And because it’s been removed from Addon Manager, it’s hard to remove… or some people think.
What I did was go to my ToS MAIN directory, not relase, not patch, just the main directory. Then use your file explorer’s search bar for ‘classicchat’
It should reveal the classic chat ipf file, shift delete that thing. And tada. It worked.
