Bug Description :
“The client has been shutdown due to an error.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
By clicking the [Yes] button, details of the error will be sent to the developers.”
I am getting this error within 3-5 times a day, sometimes it’s while doing dungeon with auto match party, sometimes it’s while soloing quest…etc; don’t seems to have a obvious pattern.
So far I have tried verify integrity of game files, I find that it always fails to validate 3 files and has to require them every time I restart the game.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Play the game
- If the error message doesn’t appear then I can play until the end without any problems.
- If the error message appears that means I have to re-verify the integrity again and re-start the game
