So the costomization in terms of build is one of the top in mmorpg ever.you have so much now and more will be added.
The problem however start way befor you start bulding.the onlly thing you can change is the hair,not even the color.why?you can later in game get 4 more but why not have them from start.
You have onlly one face for all.how hard is it to make more.
One more costomization is hats.but even here its not so good.in games like ro or ms you have 3 face parts.botom,mid,top. But here in 2015 onlly a hat.100% of the hats i see so far cant even be called hats really.
So any form of costomization is lacking from the game.
