5,000 testers will be randomly selected from those who have logged in at least once since the Official Website’s renewal (June 25) to July 30 12:00 AM.
Please note that accounts from countries where we already have local publishers, such as Korea, China, etc. will not be selected as testers.
Time have already passed since limits are measured considering EDT time zone…

Key distribution will be tomorrow, July 31st.
Although I’d be extremely happy to get in I won’t be able to fully enjoy it till the official release. There’s always open beta. That’s when it actually matters whether you get to play or not. All character data will be wiped anyway. I think. And this is meant to find bugs and probably test server stability.

Bought keys should be banned and respectable key sites should not cover them.
