Oh yeah. I still play my country’s RO. Announcer bots send emotes, flags, PMs and you can reply lots of things for additional info and “stop” so they stop PMing you until next maintenance. Farming bots behave better than human players, as in they don’t KS, they don’t ask for items and if you try to talk to them, they’ll complain about the lag and log off. 
Well I mean this game is extremely bot friendly and the game rewards ‘grinding’ so therefore there’s MORE incentive for botters to just mindlessly bot away. So I really only expect the problem to grow.

They need to pay staff to manually ban bots, there is no GM in this game, they need real people doing this job daily - Bot hunters (I would accept this job 
). They want the bots go away by creating heavy restrictions to playbase and they want automated systems. That don’t work and It’s not working.
I left Ragnorok 11 years ago because bots, when I realize that my human labor harvesting items was replaced by robots i will leave this game too.
actually its something very simple, just make the report button auto ban if same player has got 5 times a report
as a condition for the report to be valid the player have to send a pm to the bot, if he doesnt got a comeback or if after trying to sustain a talk actually they start reapeating sentences its too valid, also, you should cant kill and talk at a time if suspected bot can and keep farming without problems then its recogniced as a bot and the report goes valid for autoban
those autoban have to be 1h incremental ex first ban 1h second ban 2h
and if someone gets the second ban its have to be checked by a gm if the gm determines it is a bot then all who report it get a price(idk 24h token an premium monster book,a title?)
