I’m sure there are more classes than Thaumaturge that would be interested in this, but I would like to request the following;
- Swell Left Arm, Swell Right Arm, and Swell Brain - have an overall duration increase from 50 seconds at level 5 to 100 seconds.
OR
- Swell Left Arm, Swell Right Arm, and Swell Brain - have an attribute that increases their durations by 5 seconds per rank for 10 ranks.
I feel as though the short durations afforded require too frequent of re-casting, as opposed to other class buffs that last for 1.5+ minutes or higher from a very low level. The overall quality of the skill should be the reason a player invests more points into it, such as the notably higher strength of these buff abilities as you put levels into them. While the duration increase is welcome, it does not last long enough to make up for the tediousness of constantly recasting the buffs.
I would also accept a decreased SP cost in addition to a much faster animation time - as thats responsible for half of my annoyance in recasting the skill so much.
