I’m a casual player since I work 5 days a week and log on about 1-2 hours a day to do daily dungeon runs on my main and a few talt rushes on my alts.
I didn’t really mind the pricing too much and have supported the game over the past few months, buying 2 of the founders packs and both dlc packs (which could be argued that they were a tad on the pricey side).
The game itself was fun enough but the quality of service is amateurish to say the least. I work in the IT industry and as a professional, things like Quality of Service and SLAs are vital and need to be adhered to. Processes around contingencies, risk assessments, etc should exist before a product or service goes into production as constant problems and issues destroy trust with your user base. Even little problems will eventually be seen as far worse then they actually are due to the poor track record.
This server maintenance though not a major issue on it’s own tipped the scales for me (from a long list of problems) and the game/service has become more frustrating then fun.
So, I’m out, thought I would leave a bit of feedback before I go.
