There will be Rank Reset coming with Rank 9, so once you reset your character, you’ll be refunded all your attribute points.

Ya but it won’t refund your attribute tickets,so your attributes would be stuck on the character that you use them on versus if you kept the tickets you can choose which build at rank 9 would benefit more from the attribute tickets.
