Thank you IMC(title edited)

I really appreciate IMC HAD MY HOPE UP ABOUT THE GAME, AND THEN CRUSH IT.
If you are watching this thread and is also an old player since the game launch, you knew tos is known for bugs and frame drop at start, which result in massive(I mean massive, go look on steam charts and you know how many players give up the game in a month), I was dissapointed that time and quit the game after 300+hrs of playing.

An year later, with new combat patch, tos hooked me back up and I really enjoyed the game again… ugh for 2 weeks I mean. ROFL. Then same shts happened again.

I can understand if a game developing company make mistakes, even the big company does,but excuse me, I saw no sincerity.

FIRST OF ALL, THIS IS A BUG CREATE BY YOUR OWN ACTION, ESPECIALLY YOU JUST HAD AN MAINTENANCE FEW DAYS AGO TO “FIX” IT.

OKAY. I’m not complaining about compensation or what,you know what I really want as a player? An official apology(separate from maintenance announcement) from you guys, that’s all. But nothing. Do you realize most of players have their life, THEY HAVE JOBS, SCHOOLS ETC.

Playing games to us is a way of relaxing during the weekend, and you ruined it. THANK YOU. I want you to realize for us, nothing can compensate the time we lost.

So all I want is a apology and tracking of your progresses, at least let me know you care about your players and games please???REALLY PLEASE???

AT LEAST GIVE ME SOME FAITH TO THE GAME.

Edit: wasn’t try to be sarcastic or what, just kinda depressed and can’t stop myself complain even though I said previously I’m not because I really like this game. Just trying to express my feelings. IMC is doing good, just saying. Sry for any potential negativities.

Lol calm down man, for such a man who have so many other better things to do in life, you sound awfully angry. â– â– â– â–  happen, you just have to deal with it, it is the weekend for the staffs too.

Maybe after they finish fixing the issue they can worry about an official apology. Don’t think that’s as important right now.

The people working to fix the problem also have their own lives, and some of them could very well be working overtime to fix this issue (idk).

I understand ToS is an entertainment medium for all of us, but I think we can all survive a day without it. It’s not like the world has nothing else to offer.

Dude, it’s not easy to admit it’s their fault. Anyway, it’s a huge amount of work to track each case related to that bug, and judge as “legit exploitation” or not. And also, they have to adjust the item amounts as stated in the official post. So, we have to, at least, be thankful for IMC not deciding to do a complete rollback to the day when the last maintenance was done. They took the path least harmful for the players, and most troublesome to them. At least, give this credit to them.

And just to quote from the first official post in the page, about the DPK bug: “Our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience and confusion”. Also, they released some of the servers when done with them. At least, they let us play the game, even if not with our characters but we’re not without ToS at all.

And please, read the main page announcements before commenting around here. And calm down yourself as well, that’s not good for your health man…!

I mean, you’re asking for an apology from the developer when I’m sure they’re trying to fix the problem as we speak. Maybe wait until the servers come back up and see what happens then? It’s just a half a day that the servers are down and you’re acting like its doomsday.

Relax, find something else to do while you wait for the servers to come up. Seriously, you are sounding like a self entitled brat. Sometimes when resolving a problem new ones come up, maybe this is more complex than you seem to think it is.

Sry wasn’t intended to saying that they are not doing their jobs, IMC is doing good to fix the issues, but just getting really depressed for having this kind of bugs again after I actually enjoy the game once more.
Just can’t control myself to express my feelings toward this, well actually I’m complaining even though I said I’m not lol.

Nexon should do a total buyout of IMC instead of just 30% shares and seize total control of TOS

Man, just chill. I know it’s frustrating, but they are taking action this time, something that we often complain they don’t do. I even thought we would have no news until monday, which would be a disaster for the game. TOS got much better since a year ago, I think we can all agree on that, but that’s just how such a complex game goes. I’ve seen worse things from big companies, I’m a Diablo fan, u know…

Just to note, they just posted an update. Yes, I’m affected by this as well (Silute here). They have been apologizing in every announcement and I believe they have been doing some extra work hours for this. Now we know it will take some more and I’m going to take a nap to make good use of this saturday. Good luck for us!

Games are softwares, in their purest essences. They will always have bugs, being them hard to find or not.

One clear case is League of Legends: the game was released in ~2010, and, still, is a bugged game. There are even cases where bugs happened during official circuit matches, which caused game remakes. The company constantly tries to capture bugs happening in-game, and solve them for good.

ToS is only one-year old, so go easy with it. It is extremely better, compared to the state it was at release time. IMC is showing promising improvement with it, so let’s be patient. After all, we are all humans, and sometimes forget people make mistakes. Remember: you are not perfect, so you can’t demand that from anyone, whoever they are.
