if you were in the korean version you would have got the character slot before the pet on the same event period but the korean event required 30000 comments total.

Will it be the same as the cash shop penguin where it can be mounted by any class? Btw, can non-mounting class do normal attacks while mounted on special mounts?

PS. Is the mount even permanent?

I doubt that this will expire, that would not go over well, they also usually disclose it immediately if it does. IMC probably just wants to celebrate 4/20 Earth Day.
