Thank you for changing chat filter IMC but there's still a problem with it

#Thank you for fixing the chat filter however a new bug remains:

Bug Description :

You see in normal chat and also in shouts it will only filter the offending word. However in whisper chat with some friends, it was STILL filtering everything I wrote instead of JUST the offending word.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

Whisper someone using one of the filtered words like “entitled” or “title”. Those did not work in whisper but they work in normal chat and shout chat.

The filter needs to stop flagging words inside other words. That is overkill.

I wish they would remove it completely but I know they never will so if they can at least fix the fact that whispers still censor the whole sentence/paragraph while the normal and shout chats only filter the word, then that’d be great.
