Bug Description :
The chatbox will not scroll to past messages when clicking on the scroll bar if too many messages have appeared (In this case, [Shout] and [All] channels). Alternatively, the [Shout] and [All] channels may not be scrollable by default.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Let enough time pass in the game so the [Shout]/[All] chat channels fill up.

Bug Description :
[Skills and Attributes] scroll-bar disappears when switching from a sub-class skill list to main-class skill list (Example: Priest to Cleric), even if you have more Attributes for your main-class. This occurs when the sub-class has no scroll bar from not having anything to scroll down to. Can be fixed by buying Attributes for your sub-class.
UPDATE: Issue still present after buying sub-class attributes. The scroll-bar will appear, but you still cannot scroll down to view all of your attributes.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Open the [Skills and Attributes] window
- While having at least 1 sub-class that has no scroll-bar on it, switch to a previous class that does. The scroll-bar will not appear.
OR
2-1) While having at least 1 sub-class that has less skills/attributes than a previous class, switch to a previous class. The scroll-bar will not update.

Bug Description : When clicking on items linked through the chat, clicking more than once will bring up more than one window instead of replacing the last one. This causes them to overlap, so if you click on one 10 times, then 10 windows will appear, and you have to exit out of all 10 individually.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Click on an item that was linked through the chat more than once.
