…compared to other property attack bonus types (e.g. Holy, Lightning, Earth, etc.)?

Elemental compatibility table: http://i.imgur.com/lfGB8Np.png
Skill tested: Fireball (Magic - Fire)
###No equipped property attack bonus
~899
###+72 fire property attack
~1006 per tick
~107 total increase
- 72 from bonus
===
35 increase on top of fire property attack bonus
~49% increase from base bonus
###+91 lightning property attack
~986-1104 per tick (wide min and max difference)
Damage seems to vary. Not sure if it’s because monster is also lightning property, or the property bonus itself has a value of 1 for minimum attack.
If you compute the recorded maximum damage (1479) though, the total increase is about 205 (about 114 increase on top of lightning property attack bonus which is ~125% increase from base bonus). Minimum recorded increase is 87 (below the lightning property attack bonus value)
###+69 holy property attack
~1002
103 increase
- 69
===
34 increase on top of holy property attack bonus (almost the same as fire property attack’s)
~49% increase from base bonus
—[/details]
CONCLUSION: NO, fire spells DOES NOT SEEM TO BENEFIT MORE from fire property attack bonuses compared to other properties. For some reason, using the same property bonus as the monster’s property attribute in our test yielded a much higher maximum bonus though values have a wide minimum and maximum difference.
EDIT: Sorry about the simplistic math. It’s been awhile since I did something like this.

hopefully they do…
