@STAFF_Max can you please inform us how “temporary” this restriction is? Do I need to think in a few more days, weeks or months? There hasn’t been any single update on this fact. Please communicate.

Yes, an official statement about this would be really nice. I mean having no lag is nice and all, but maybe if you open it now, there won’t be THAT many new players joining anymore?

want to play too. waiting for 10 days and i think ill start to look on other mmos
till a week ago there was an exploit to allow new player to download the game and join, so it’s not like there are 45456456456546 new player coming anyway.
they should just open it again as f2p.
I’m also anxiously awaiting a look at the game. A time frame would be wonderful, so I don’t feel compelled to check multiple times a day.

i don’t understand this whole “is it worth waiting for?” question people keep asking.
like, what do you imagine?
that if you don’t play it today, and you try out some other game instead… they’ll ban you in the future for not being loyal enough?
seriously, go play other games. (i mean what choice do you have anyway, except to not play anything.)
check back “later” when you’re between games again. this game will still be around. everyone keeps predicting doom because of this, that, or the other thing… but really, they do that to every game, especially when they want to try and force the developers to adjust the game to their personal tastes.
While your argument has sound logic, it doesn’t necessarily account for or excuse the lack of information coming from the developer. I would gladly go play another game, if I was told the restriction will last for another month. As it stands, it could open up in the next 5 seconds or the next 5 years. We have zero information, and that’s not okay. It’s been two weeks, those of us waiting patiently should be informed of the status.
It would take someone 5 minutes to write a simple announcement stating, “We are still working on the problems; We do not expect to remove the new player restriction until “X” future date.” On said date, they can extend it or remove it with another announcement, and until that time, all of us waiting can go play another game until that day.
on the flip side… they aren’t actually obligated to provide “guesses” to you, since that’s all they really have right now.
and they’ve learned - from us - that making guesses is not a safe action.
they said “maybe this long, but we’re not sure” about a number of things in the past. then it took longer and they said “sorry, it’ll be a bit longer” and the community raged and screamed and made sh*t up like “but you PROMISED it would be -exactly- this long! YOU’VE LIED AND BETRAYED US THIS GAME SUCKS”
…so yea. if it were me, i wouldn’t bother announcing estimations either, when people react like that.

Your way of thinking still does not answer any of us. I already played in the CBT, my friends are already playing and - once it’s an ONLINE game - I’d like to play WITH them. On top of that, I don’t have to explain the situation of why I didn’t register an account earlier, nor why I don’t want to access the page everyday, we only asked for an answer. The community reaction is not an excuse to not inform us critical info such as this. In fact, it’d sound way more professional just to come here and answer “We don’t know” or “We have no ETA” (as I read in another post). I believe most of the players would understand if they only give us a little more information about it. Why is that limitation is up? Does the development staff have the tools necessary to fix the problem? Is it a problem with community or with the servers? What the community can do to help the developers? You see… is not about anxiety nor “is it worth waiting for”. If they had a waitlist or something, maybe… and I said MAYBE this would be a smaller issue, but since there’s no official reply until now… well…
