Templeshooter Card ] Missile attacks have a [card count]% chance to silence for 5 seconds.
So… 7 Templeshooter its 7% of silence chance??? and level of the card dont count??? SO BAD
I think the card count is the number of cards, not the stars

Card count is the number of card you have (7 max in rank 7)
look this card:
Minotaur Card ] When dealing physical damage, there’s a [★]% chance to inflict the stun debuff for 3 seconds.
The Star is the level of card!
So… templet shooter is ■■■■

Some people I talk to are saying that some cards are mistranslated…Templeshooter might be one of them.

Would be nice if IMC could provide a list of all intended effects of all available cards obtainable in-game and where.
While at it, would be nice to have an in-game encyclopedia/repository of in-game gears one can take reference from.
