And here is the bug: The horse riding skill, does not allow you to use the hakka skills.
Is it indeed a bug or?..
Title is right…
Horse is a Skill, not a companion
Its a skill that creates a mount. And if you are mounted, you should be able to perform hakka skills.
Sorry to break it to you, but this was really intentional. Just imagine how OP Templar will get in Guild Wars if it can use any skills while riding a horse that gives you Pain Barrier buff.

Really? Then if you are using Hackpell, you have to:
1- Get off mount
2- Summon horse
3- Use Templar buffs (duration 30 sec or less buffs)
4- Unsummon horse
5- Jump on the mount
6- Try atack using remaining few seconds of buff?
Sorry, if that is what that Templar is suppose to do… well whatever. Hopefully they dont let down the players AGAIN too much and repatch the game buggs/problems before its too late. Once is fine, but twice…

As one of the users have pointed out, just don’t go Templar-Hacka. Info about Templar and its limitations has been available since November last year in the forums.
Surely, you’re capable of doing a little reading before finally deciding on your class.
